The WFN mailing list automatically forwards all news releases to list subscribers when they are posted to the WFN web site and data base. The releases are posted to the WFN data base, exactly as received, by an automatic process. No editorial changes are made. Most releases are in English.  Some are also in German, French and Spanish. Single language subscription is not possible at this time.

As of August 2005 the number of releases averages 6 -10 per day. In ten years nearly 30,000 releases have been posted. During national or global meetings of the posting organizations, the daily number number may increase substantially.

Some organizations, when first joining Worldwide Faith News, will post older news releases which they wish to have in the WFN archives. These will be forwarded to the mailing list to meet the needs of subscribers who wish to have their own data base of all releases.

The WFN mailing list is not a discussion list.

 Posting to WFN is limited to official documents from organizations authorized by the WFN Advisory Group.
