The Board of Pensions of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) has
appointed three new regional representatives as part of a geographical
realignment of its field system. Each of the Board's regional representatives
will have a smaller area to serve in the new system.

The Rev. Ernesto Badillo, who has been with the Board for five years,
will serve the Synods of the Trinity and the Covenant and continue to serve
the Synod of Boriquén out of the Board of Pensions office in Philadelphia.
The Rev. Arthur Mills will serve the Synod of Southern California and Hawaii
and the Synod of the Southwest. Mills has been the pastor of Stone Church of
Willow Glen in San Jose, CA, for the past nine years. The Rev. Richard Young
will serve the Synods of the Sun and the Rocky Mountains. He has been the
pastor of First Presbyterian Church in Conroe, TX, for the 12 years and
recently served two terms on the Board of Pensions, chairing its Investment
